SPRINT ADVENTURE RACE (NSW) - BlackHeart
Events sprint distance adventure races are great fun and a real test of
stamina, wit and teamwork. Teams of 2 navigate a course only revealed to
them shortly before the race starts, by means of mountain biking,
running/trekking and kayaking. BlackHeart Events provide the 2 man
kayaks, along with a lunch at the end of the event and we even have hire
bikes, making Adventure Racing more accessible than ever before. Grab a

GREATER
SPRINGFIELD RUN FOR LIFE - Saturday
September 11, 2010 will be our 14th annual Greater Springfield Run
for Life at Orion Springfield Town Centre, Springfield. Thanks to
our generous sponsors and willing volunteers, this year's event
contains some new and exciting features as well as the traditional
events and attractions which attracted a crowd of over 1500 people
in 2009. We hope that you can be part of this year's event which

SUNSHINE COAST HALF MARATHON - If you're
looking for a smaller, more affordable Half Marathon event - then this
is the run for you. With the field limited to just 1000 you'd better be
quick. A beautiful 2 lap course, never out of sight of the water -

FORMULA RUN - This September 19, get your
family, friends and workmates together and get into gear for Cancer
Council Queensland's FORMULA RUN, a 5km and 10km track for people of all
ages and abilities. Hosted by Cancer Council Queensland and held during
Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, FORMULA RUN will raise valuable funds
for research into men's cancers while raising awareness of men's health.
The course will kick off at Brisbane's Botanic Gardens and wind its way

BRIBIE
BEACH BASH - This is a charity event for Qld
Endeavour Foundation. It consists of Full & Half Marathon; 15k; 10k; 6k; and
3k.The event is open to seasoned competitors and the family. It is a fun
day. This year will be its 10th year so it will be a party day. Everyone is
welcome. A special Free T-shirt to remember the event to the first 100
competitors. Hope to see you there running along the beach with the dolphins

ST GEORGE
MELBOURNE MARATHON FESTIVAL (VIC) -
Celebrating the 2500th year of the marathon, this year the St George
Melbourne Marathon really is 'A Run For All Ages' with the Kids WB 2.5km
run, ASICS 4km walk, ASICS 5.7 km run, Coffee Club 10km run, Flight
Centre Half Marathon and St George Marathon distances. All races
conclude with a lap of the MCG and the longer runs pass some of
Melbourne's most iconic landmarks including Flinders St Station, The
Botantic Gardens, Albert Park Lake and the beaches of Port Phillip Bay.
Competitors can raise money and pledge their suppport for official
charity partners; The Cerebal Palsy Education Centre and the JMB

THE SPINY CRAY
ULTRA - Mount Lewis Forest Reserve
contains some of the most accessible and scenic upland rainforest in the
area and is part of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. At an altitude
of over 1200 metres Mount Lewis is home to many species of birds and
mammals not found in the lower altitude rainforests. Mt Lewis Road
dissects this reserve and presents the opportunity for a naturally air
conditioned canter through this stunning location. A variety of options
are available for your running pleasure including 56k, 42k, 21k and

GRAFTON JACARANDA
FESTIVAL FUN RUN 2010 (NSW) - Taking place
at Caramana Park, Rogan Bridge Rd, Waterview Heights, the Jacaranda Fun
Run is back again in 2010. The day starts at 8am with a 2km run aimed at
families and young children, run at and around Caramana Park. The 5km
and 10km races start together after the 2km (approx 8.30 a.m.) and
follow a 5km circuit taking in the Caramana Park, Caramana Drive,
Kingfisher Place, Swan Drive and a short cross country section. The 10km
follows the same circuit and then heads out into cattle country along
Friars Lane. Entry fees are 2km - $2, 5km - $5, 10km - $10. On the day
registration from 7.00 a.m. at Caramana Park. Postal entries are
welcome. Refreshments on sale. Medallions to outright winners and age
category winners. Lots of spot prizes to lucky participants. RUNNERS AND
WALKERS OF ANY ABILITY ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS FUN EVENT.
